libbpp-core2v5 software package provides Bio++ Core library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbpp-core2v5
libbpp-core2v5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbpp-core2v5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbpp-core2v5 *
You will get with libbpp-core2v5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
